Ecotourism in Andean roads – Baths
Day 01: Cusco - A town of Lares - Huacahuasi
Pickup hotel at 06:00 am and travel for three hours to reach the thermal baths of Lares, approx. 09:00 am two hour stay here to enjoy the medicinal thermal waters, after we began walking about three hours. then spent a path to reach our first camp located in Huacahuasi (3900 meters), which is a small community where people place their hand-woven fine, as beautiful ponchos, their own dress and others. Dinner and night camp.
Day 02: Huacahuasi - Ipsaycocha - Patacancha
After breakfast early start walking more difficult program, we will have to climb the passage of Ipsaycocha to 4500 meters above sea level. From this point we have a wonderful view of the mountains of Pumahuanca (5330 meters) Sahuasiray and Pitusiray then continue falling into the lake Ipsaycocha, the road is downhill and we can have a fascinating view of reaching Patacancha Valley (3800 meters) where camp. Day 03: Patacancha - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes
This day visit to the community Willoc 3500msnm picturesque place where we will have lunch and then begin the walk about 2 hours until Pumamarca passing through beautiful terraces Incas and then arrive at Ollantaytambo (2800 meters), this ancient Inca village is considered one of the most important Museum of siege living in the world. This is a perfect place to appreciate the vast archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo and a wide variety of flowers and birds. At dusk board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight.
Day 04: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco
Certainly the day's most spectacular programme already know that the enigmatic Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, tour space of 3 hours. Then take the bus descent to Aguas Calientes where we will have free time to enjoy Village and the thermal baths. At 16:00 hrs. return to Cusco.
